This Gentle exercises will help you to relax and make the most of your holiday and also take something valuable home. Working on your balance, posture, co-ordination and breathing we hope this valuable learning and coaching will carry forward into your everyday life. Classes are centred on the individual working on your own level and ability. There are separate option for classes for 1 person or for 2 or more - We want you to have the flexibility to try it first on your own if you wish. Sessions can be arranged around your plans in the morning or early evening so you have your days free to explore and relax. Training is in comfortable/casual clothes and flat shoes or barefoot.
Tai Chi and Chi Kung have been practised in the far east for 1000's of years as a preventative health regime. People practised these arts to maintain good health and extend their longevity. This became part of their everyday lives and was integrated with everything they did from domestic chores to farming.
